Key Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for business development, intellectual capital development, performance management, internal processes and overall management of career development. Partners oversee all projects, proposals and client relationships.

Almost all Partners carry a sales quota and are measured on the basis of quota attainment and the extent to which they successfully discharge their non-revenue responsibilities against objectives that are published every six months.
