Principals are responsible for assisting the engagement partner in the sales process, managing and developing client relationships, and managing all project assignments: Project definition, budget and project deliverables, general hypothesis generation, framing of research requirements, interview guide development, market sizing, data gathering, synthesis and analysis, final recommendations, executive summary, story board and presentation of report––written and oral.
The principal position further requires significant contribution to the firm in the areas of employee development, marketing and recruiting initiatives. Principals learn key project, team and client management skills as they progress higher up the scale and begin to develop business principally by selling follow-on business to existing clients.

MBA from a leading business school
Masters or undergraduate degree in technology-related discipline, or in relevant fields like e-commerce media, and entrepreneur ship
5 years’ minimum experience focused on high-technology in business and in a consulting environment (preferably strategy over operations)
- Strong creative and analytic skills
- Strong project/engagement management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication style
- Excellent mentor, team leadership and participation style
- Relevant business experience in e-business, e-commerce, or e-media
- Self driven, enthusiastic and flexible work style
- Multi-lingual skills a plus
